The vast majority of explosions are caused by the high temperature of their environment.

Secondly, high current

For example, the 18650 battery cell is 3C charging and discharging, and your new energy vehicle is 8000W. The battery cell used is smaller than the charging and discharging current of your new energy vehicle, which will cause the temperature of the lithium battery to be too high, the current to be too high, and the service life to be shortened. It will also continue to occur as a result of packaging and scrapping. If your new energy vehicle has a very high output power and a very fast speed, it is recommended to choose a 18650 battery cell with a 10C current. Choosing the appropriate battery cell is obviously crucial!

Thirdly, fully charged storage and discharge

The full charge of a ternary lithium battery is 4.35V, and currently, all lithium battery protection panels on the market are 4.2V, which means that the battery can only be charged. Therefore, many people who purchase lithium batteries for new energy vehicles say that they have less capacity than the rated value, which is actually the reason. Generally, long-term storage of lithium-ion batteries for new energy vehicles is best when filled with half a 50% rechargeable battery. For example, when you buy a new machine, many of them use 50% of the starting power.

If the battery is fully charged and stored for a long time, it will reduce the capacity of the lithium battery. In addition to Lithium iron phosphate and Lithium titanate, these two types can be stored and discharged at full charge. It is also important to select a high-quality lithium battery protection plate. The major taboo of lithium batteries is "overcharge and overcharge". Lithium ternary will be scrapped once it loses power, and overcharge will inevitably lead to unpacking and scrapping.

Fourth, suitable fast charging machine equipment

In the process of battery charging and discharging, the current of the charging head and the general current load of high-power electrical appliances are also required to be within the required range. Excessive current load is very easy to cause the short circuit fault of the internal structure of the charging battery, thus damaging Lithium iron phosphate, causing the safety risk of the power circuit.

Similarly, the same applies to the working voltage of rechargeable charging heads. Therefore, we also need to pay attention to whether the charging head meets the standards when applying it.
