Job responsibilities:

1. Design project plans based on project requirements and drive project reviews;

2. Assign design tasks, organize and implement the design and review of product development processes;

3. Draw product 3D drawings, assembly drawings and parts drawings, and cooperate with Electrical engineer to complete design and manufacturing;

4. Follow up on equipment processing, production, and procurement of related materials;

5. Responsible for equipment upgrades, related installation guidance, and preparation of user manuals;

6. Follow up on projects, guide assembly and debugging, equipment optimization, and post maintenance support;

7. Develop work plans and submit progress reports.

Qualification:

1. At least 5 years of experience in developing non-standard automation and automation equipment, capable of independent mechanical design, solution planning, and handling technical issues. Experience in completing the entire project design process;

2. Proficient in pneumatic technology, mechanical processing technology, metal materials and heat treatment, non-metallic material characteristics and applications;

3. Proficient in powder airflow transportation, dust collection and treatment technology, exhaust gas treatment technology, metal crushing technology, etc. is preferred;

4. Understand various sensors and their applications;

5. Familiar with national standards for mechanical drawing, clear and clear expression of drawings, familiar with various tolerance fits and geometric tolerance operations;

6. Familiar with the European/American Standard (CE/UL) system, familiar with the ISO9001: 2000 quality assurance system, familiar with 7S management drawings, and familiar with the ERP management system;

Job responsibilities:

1. Design electrical control systems according to the manufacturing process and process requirements of non-standard equipment;

2. Selection and list making, responsible for the selection, price comparison, and electrical procurement list of electrical components;

3. Programming, including programs for programmable devices such as PLCs (Siemens/Mitsubishi), touch screens, robots, servo systems, etc;

4. Responsible for the electrical system design and development of the company's products, including electrical schematic design, control software writing and debugging, device selection, and on-site assembly guidance;

5. Responsible for coordinating and debugging with the upper computer system software.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in Electrical, Automation or other related fields;

2. At least 5 years of work experience in electrical design positions;

3. More than 3 years of non-standard electrical automation production line or equipment design experience, proficient in Siemens/Omron/Mitsubishi PLC series products;

4. Familiar with servo system and electrical design, selection, drawing, and program debugging experience;

5. Familiar with the European/American Standard (CE/UL) system, familiar with the ISO9001: 2000 quality assurance system, familiar with 7S management drawings, and familiar with the ERP management system;

Job responsibilities:

1. Middle level management position, responsible for formulating main goals and plans within its functional area, participating in or assisting the upper level in implementing relevant policies and systems;

2. Responsible for daily management work and the management, guidance, training, and evaluation of subordinates;

3. Develop project production plans and production operation plans, and carry out production scheduling, management, and control;

4. Familiar with production cost control, overall operation, familiar with production workflow and process regulations, familiar with production quality control management, familiar with ISO9001: 2000 quality assurance system, familiar with 7S management drawings, familiar with ERP management system;
